2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 2 Days from the date of delivery.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.


3. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email notification confirming receipt
  • We will inform you of approval or rejection of your refund request
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 4-5 Working Days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.


4. Exchange Options

We also offer exchanges in case:

  • You received the wrong size, color, or product
  • You want to replace the item with another available product

5. Damaged or Defective Products

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or defective item.

In such cases:

6. Non-Returnable Items
